The Mississippi Federation of Democratic Women is an organization designed to unite women of the Mississippi Democratic Party, to encourage full participation of women in every level of the Democratic Party structure, and to promote the cause of the Mississippi Democratic Party.

Yes, I will join with other Mississippi women to actively participate in the MFDW organization to promote the principles of the Democratic Party of Mississippi and I enclose my annual dues:
